On September 14th, 2008 the Capitol Polo Club and the Tigerlily Foundation will present the inaugural Capitol Women's Challenge to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer.

The Cause - The Capitol Women's Challenge will raise funds to benefit the Tigerlily Foundation, a local organization committed to:
  Educating, empowering, advocating for, supporting and inspiring young women affected by breast cancer.
Ending isolation among young adult breast cancer survivors.  
Improving the quality of life for young adult breast cancer survivors by creating vigilant self-advocates.

Event Highlights - The Capitol Women's Challenge will include an exciting afternoon of equestrian activities including: the Saddle Gals and Guys Drill Team – a patriotic group of equestrians who ride in impressive formation; a polocrosse exhibition from the Bay Area Polocrosse – a fast and furious game of lacrosse on horseback; and musical Grand Prix dressage performance by U.S. Dressage Federation Gold Medalist Janna Bakhramov from Dark Horse Stables – watch her enormous horse dance with precision and grace to song!
